Conditions of Entry

  • Park rides & attractions – published ride operating times may change; ride queue wait times apply; close due to refurbishing/maintenance, winter closure, capacity, inclement weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice or liability to the directors or agents of Greenhills Adventure Park.
  • Greenhills Adventure Park does not provide refunds or rain checks. Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather conditions.
  • Greenhills Adventure Park reserves the right to alter prices and conditions without notice.
  • Greenhills Park is closed for the month of August, Christmas day and Good Friday.
  • Greenhills reserves the right to alter trading hours.
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, some attractions may temporarily close or operating times vary for safety reasons.
  • For your safety, height, weight, age, & physical restrictions apply on certain rides & attractions.
  • For details call (08) 85 525 999 or refer to Park Map or Ride Signage.
  • For your safety, pregnant women, guests wearing eyewear, goggles, prosthetic limbs and guests with hard or fibreglass casts may not permitted on some attractions including Waterslides, Go Karts, Giant Dryslide or 4 Lane Waveslide.
  • No BBQs, gas burners, scooters or bikes are permitted to be brought into the park. Greenhills provides BBQ’s for customer use. They are included in your admission.
  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
  • Greenhills Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for offensive behaviour, queue jumping, stealing, vandalism, displaying any signs of intoxication and/ or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow Park attendant instructions and/or ride safety instruction signage or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry.
  • No alcohol is to be brought into the park.
  • Greenhills Park reserves the right to refuse the use of attractions/rides to any persons displaying any signs of intoxication and/ or under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
  • Greenhills Park reserves the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.
  • Picnic tables are unreserved and on a first serve basis. Excluding under cover areas which are noted as reserved.
  • Greenhills Adventure Park visitor numbers are not capped.
  • Private / Company Vehicles must not enter past the service gate into the grounds of Park unless they have been authorized to do so by Greenhills Management. A Fine of $350 will apply if you have not been authorized.
  • The owners and operators of these premises and attractions are not liable for any injury or damage to property arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff) whilst you are on these premises or attending any of the attractions.
  • All equipment and attractions at this park are used at own risk

Disability & Carer policy

In order to be admitted at the carer rate you must present a carers pension card and you must be visiting the park with the disabled person for whom you are caring for. The disabled person who you are caring for must have a disability pension card. Carer pension card holder and the person with the disability pension card, will both be admitted entry into the park at the price of $29.75 each.

Companion card policy

  • Greenhills Adventure Park is pleased to be affiliated with the Companion Card Program to promote the existing rights of people with a disability to fair ticketing.
  • The Companion Card identifies the cardholder as a person with a disability who requires attendant care support to access most venues/activities.
  • Upon presentation of the Companion Card, Greenhills Adventure Park will issue the Cardholder with 15% discount off their admission and Free Entry for their companion (subject to Terms and Conditions of the Companion Card).

Annual Passes

  • CONDITIONS OF ENTRY apply to Annual Park holders
  • All Annual Pass prices are per person.
  • Ages and heights as at the date of purchase.
  • Tickets are Non-transferable, Non-refundable, No rainchecks
  • Pass will be void if altered
  • Valid for a period of 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Upon purchase of an Annual Pass the holder’s photo will be taken for our records, this is to ensure the person with the pass is the person using it.
  • Identification may be required to gain entrance.
  • Lost or Stolen cards must be reported to Greenhills Adventure Park.
  • • If a different person were to try to use the pass it will be confiscated and destroyed unless we have been informed by you that it has been stolen, in which case we would call the police because they would be in possession of stolen property.
  • Greenhills Adventure Park is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen tickets.
  • Annual Pass provides the holder with entry and unlimited use of all activities excluding motorised activities and climbing wall.
  • Annual Passes do not include: Food, refreshments, deposits, lockers, & merchandise.
  • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount
  • Upgrading to an annual pass from a day pass can be done on the day pass the 'Day Pass' is purchased if you have proof of purchase receipt– stating the amount you paid to come in. This will be deducted off the cost of the annual pass
  • Greenhills Adventure Park has the right to refuse the upgrade without proof of purchase receipt.
  • Greenhills Annual Pass is not accepted as admission with corporate events.
  • Greenhills Annual Pass is not accepted in the numbers for school/vacation care group bookings, birthday/group 10 or more, youth groups and Social Club events

Park Information included in terms and conditions

Activities included in Admission Price for a One Day Pass and Annual Pass INCLUDES free unlimited use of:
Water Slides, Preschool Water Slide, Aqua Bikes and Paddle Boats on the Lake, Par-3 Golf - 9 holes, Canoes on the Hindmarsh River, Moon Bikes, Archery, Mini Golf - 18 holes, Flying Foxes, Maze, Half Court Tennis, Volleyball, Dry Slide, 4 Lane Waveslide, Imagination Playground and Sandpits, Preschool Equipment, Gas BBQs,.Tractor Drawn Train Rides (only available weekends and school holidays).

Admission Costs paid for a One Day Pass and Annual Pass DO NOT INCLUDE:
Petrol Go-karts, 4-wheel Motor Bikes, Mini Electric Cars, Climbing Wall, Deposit on golf balls, Deposit on canoe equipment, Lockers, Food, drinks, souvenirs and other merchandise on sale.

Use of the Greenhills Adventure Park logo

The following images are only intended for use under the following circumstances:
1. To display a link to the Greenhills Adventure Park Website "http://www.greenhills.com.au" on the official website of a tourism related organisation, business, charity or non-profit organisation;
2. To promote an event booked at Greenhills Adventure Park that has been confirmed with Greenhills' Management; or
3. To promote Greenhills Adventure Park's sponsorship of an event, charity, or non-profit organisation.

Supervision of School and Vocation Care groups

  • CONDITIONS OF ENTRY apply to School and Vacation Care Group
  • Greenhills Adventure Park reserves the right to alter rates and conditions without notice.
  • Discount vouchers/coupons/cards not acceptable with these bookings
  • All Prices include GST
  • Cancellation of bookings must be confirmed 24hrs prior.
  • If Greenhills Adventure Park has not been notified of your cancellation your school will be charged for the number of students and hours you had booked in for.
  • January Bookings must be confirmed 30 days prior to visit
  • We allow 1 Supervisor per 6 students Free of Charge
  • Extra supervisors will be charged at student rates.
  • Relevant booking form must be filled out
  • School and Vacation Care groups must sign a form stating that a Greenhills Park representative has informed students and supervisors of safety rules
  • 1 supervisor is constantly required at the Lake whilst students are using it
  • 1 supervisor is constantly required at the Waterslides whilst your students are using it
  • Your students will not be allowed to use the equipment if there is no supervision present
  • If your school wishes to use the canoes you must provide 1 supervisor to 7 students and fill out a school canoe form.
  • School Groups are not required to pay a canoe deposit
  • Primary School students aren’t required to pay a golf ball deposit
  • High School Students are required to pay $1 deposit per golf ball
  • Patio’s and shelter sheds can not be reserved.
  • Lunch breaks are included in your time in the park.
  • Greenhills Adventure Park has the right to move your group, reserve areas according to availability, safety, and other group bookings
  • Invoices will be sent via post/fax/email after your visit
  • Unpaid invoices will result in the school not being able to book in until the invoice has been paid
  • Greenhills Annual Pass is not accepted in the numbers for school/vacation care group bookings, birthday/group 10 or more, youth groups and Social Club events

Group Bookings – Birthdays/ Groups 10 or More, Social Clubs, Youth Groups, Corporate groups

  • CONDITIONS OF ENTRY apply to Birthdays/ Groups 10 or More, Social Clubs, Youth Groups, Corporate groups
  • Greenhills Adventure Park reserves the right to alter rates and conditions without notice.
  • Discount coupons/vouchers/cards not applicable with these bookings
  • All Deposits paid in advance are non refundable or transferable. No Rainchecks
  • Deposits must be received 24 hrs prior to booking to receive discounted rate. excluding January Bookings
  • January Bookings must have there deposit received 30 days prior to booking to receive discounted rate.
  • Relevant booking form must be filled out
  • All Prices include GST
  • Admission tickets that are sent out must be used on the date stated on the ticket
  • Tickets with a date and have been altered will not be accepted
  • Santa bookings must be confirmed 48 hrs prior to your visit,
  • Greenhills Adventure Park has the right to move your group, reserve areas according to availability, safety, and other group bookings
  • All monies made from Santa bookings go to The Lions Club Victor Harbor
  • Drink and Ice-Cream tickets must be ordered at least 48hrs in advance to receive the discounted rate
  • Minimum of 20 tickets is required per product
  • Drinks offered on the ticket are 390ml or less. Excluding glass bottles
  • The range of drinks offered may vary according to availability
  • The range of ice-creams offered may vary according to availability.
  • Drink and Ice-Cream tickets can be used to purchase other food up to the value of the card. The difference can be paid for food higher than the ticket value.
  • Tickets are charged on the basis of the number presented.
  • Drink and Ice-cream tickets must be used on the date stated on the ticket
  • Admission, Drink and Ice-cream tickets must be made up by Greenhills Adventure Park
  • Catering needs to be confirmed 3 days in advance
  • You pay for confirmed catering numbers
  • Unpaid invoices will result in your group not being able to book in again until the invoice has been paid
  • Invoices will be sent via post/fax/email after your visit
  • Greenhills Annual Pass is not accepted as admission with corporate events
  • Greenhills Annual Pass is not accepted in the numbers for school/vacation care group bookings, birthday/group 10 or more, youth groups and Social Club events

Using all Discount Coupons/ Vouchers/ Brochures/ Cards

  • Greenhills Park reserves the right to alter or refuse any discount that they offer
  • Greenhills Adventure Park reserves the right to alter prices and conditions without notice.
  • One Discount can only be used at one time, per person, per visit.
  • Discounts can be used during Greenhills trading hours including Public holiday and School Holidays
  • Discount Coupons/ Vouchers/ Brochures/ Cards can not used with ANY group discounted rates
  • Greenhills Adventure Park reserves the right to alter prices and conditions without notice.
  • Terms vary per discount – Greenhills Adventure Park has the right to change else without notice
  • One entrance fee or one free entry - is a buy 1 admission and 1 person gets in for free
  • One entrance fee or one free entry – Equal or lesser value
  • Discounts are only applicable on Admission. – Can not be used on rides, deposits, food, lockers, or merchandise
  • Discounts/ Vouchers can only be used at point of sale.
  • Greenhills reserves the right to refuse discounts/discount cards/vouchers if they are past the expiry date
